Jazz in the Park continues this month with a lively lineup of free concerts every Sunday evening in July, presented by the Playhouse Village Association in partnership with the Playhouse Village Foundation. This summer concert series is made possible in part by a grant from Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and the generous support of Playhouse Village Foundation donors. Enjoy live jazz under the summer sky—and don’t forget to bring a picnic from your favorite local restaurant.

Second Saturdays Jazz Night

Since 2023, local musician Jason Luckett has brought together a vibrant mix of artists for 2nd Saturday Jazz Night, a monthly showcase where musicians and vocalists share their gifts and experiment in front of a welcoming community audience. Held every Second Saturday, this event features live performances with a suggested $25 donation directly supporting the artists. Snacks are also available for purchase, and all proceeds help fund creative space for artists and the community. Doors open at 7:30 PM; seating is first come, first served.
Vroman’s Summer Music Series

Vroman’s Summer Music Series, co-sponsored by the Pasadena Conservatory of Music, brings free concerts to the outdoor Vroman’s Paseo stage. This series features faculty and students from the PCM Jazz and World Music departments, offering an eclectic music lineup for July and August.
