As one of three business improvement districts in Downtown Pasadena and a partner in the area’s economic vitality, Playhouse Village is eager to work with you to make your dream of investment a reality. Here are a few resources we recommend.

PVA Economic Development and Transportation Committee

Playhouse Village holds monthly meetings of its Economic Development and Transportation Committee. These open, public meetings are an opportunity to learn about economic activities going on in Playhouse Village, including business openings, new development projects, planning and advocacy issues. Meetings occur on the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 AM at 155 N Lake Ave, Ste 430. Contact brian@playhousevillage.org to learn about the agenda for this month.

City of Pasadena Resources

The City of Pasadena offers extensive, personalized service to get you through the regulatory and entitlement process, consult on investment opportunities, and provide a one-on-one experience at City Hall.
