The Varrio Soul exhibition showcases the talents of Art Meza, capturing the spirit of lowrider cultura through photography, and Amber Tilden, whose “Varrio Love is…” features illustrations reflecting real-life moments and cultural pride. Mujeres De Maiz Book Club

This event will feature a panel of remarkable Lil’ Libros authors  Cindy Montenegro (My Mind is a Mountain / Mi mente es una montaña), Mariana Galvez (My Pet Flamingo), CHOGRIN (Kid del Toro), and Cynthia Gonzalez (The Life of / La vida de Llort). Mexican Independence Day

City of Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade

Celebrate the 26th Annual Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade and Festival with the City of Pasadena Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, alongside the  Pasadena Latino Heritage Parade and Festival Committee. For years, this event has highlighted Latino history and culture through its mission to promote educational and cultural programs for Pasadena residents and surrounding communities.
