Instructor: Isla Martinez is the Creator of Soul Sesiones and Podcast Host of Renew Your Soul. Her love for journaling and writing inspired her to start writing her very own book, to be published later this year. She loves spending time in nature, learning new mindfulness practices, and being of service. Isla considers herself a student of life, always eager to learn, grow, and connect with beautiful souls.
This class will be held in the Vroman’s Meeting Room located next door to Vroman’s Main Store in the Atrium at 709 E. Colorado Blvd. Suite 120.
