Bubbles & Bliss: A Champagne & Sparkling Wine Extravaganza
Monopole Wine by RX invites guests to an afternoon of effervescence and indulgence at Bubbles & Bliss, featuring over 25 bottles of Champagne and sparkling wines from around the world — each paired with elegant, indulgent small bites.
Attendees can explore five tasting stations showcasing Grower Champagnes, Classic Champagne Houses, Domestic Sparklers, Old World Crémants, and Global Favorites such as Cava, Franciacorta, and Pét-Nat.
Each pour is complemented by a decadent bite — from French Cheese & Charcuterie and Fried Chicken to Mini Croissants, Strawberries & Cream, Donuts, and more.
Guests can elevate their experience with the Caviar for Two (or just for you) add-on for $75, featuring a 1 oz tin of Paddlefish caviar served with blinis or gourmet potato chips, crème fraîche, and chives — perfect for sharing or savoring solo.
