Fitness in the Park: Anytime Fitness

Get ready for a free Strength & Conditioning Body Weight Bootcamp with Anytime Fitness on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park. Use your own bodyweight for exercises to create resistance and improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, as well as coordination. Bring a water bottle.

This class is part of our Fitness in the Park series where we encourage you to get outside, get moving, and have fun with our awesome Playhouse Village instructors! We’re bringing a FREE group exercise program every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at Playhouse Village Park, led by local fitness studios.

2nd Thursday of every month – Yoga Flow with Archetype Yoga

4th Thursday of every month – Featured class varies monthly from HIIT to Tai Chai. Click here to see and register for the calendar of upcoming classes.
