How does sound live in your body? Join sound bath practitioner, Sara Blumenkranz, to learn how the spectrum of sound affects the body. Fluctuating between different combinations of sound, frequencies, and vibrations, a sound bath allows participants to fall into a deeply relaxed state, helping to put the body in a state of ease while gently relaxing the mind into the ‘theta’ frequency. In this state, our brain wave rhythm slows down to where we can not only deepen our meditation experience but begin to look deeper into the inner essence of ourselves. This allows for greater introspection to tune in and bring clarity and awareness that benefit our overall well-being. We’ll explore sound through the mediums of sound bathing, Chakras, and the connection to Chinese Medicine to understand this powerful medium.
