Enjoy Live Music at Boston Court Pasadena! Check out the renowned Quartet Integra, playing a program of avant-garde compositions including pieces by John Zorn and Anton Weber. School is in session at USC PAM! Teachers can join renowned educator and activist, Liz Kleinrock, as she demonstrates strategies for leading critical dialogues with students and shares how her personal, intersectional identities influence her anti-bias and antiracist teaching practice. Salary point credit is available to Pasadena Unified School District (PUSD) teachers. Tickets cost $20, including museum admission, food, and complimentary parking. In honor of AAPI Month USC Pacific Asia Museum is offering Free Admission in May! Be sure to check out Humaira Abid’s new exquisitely haunting exhibition ‘Searching for Home.’ Inspired by real accounts of displaced people- all personally researched and documented by Abid- the exhibition hints at untold tragedies surrounding the collateral victims of persecution, political conflicts, ethnic cleansing, and natural disasters, a disproportionate number of whom are women and girls.
