Boston Court presents the concert version of the new musical, The Hurricane, music by Grammy Award-winning composer Carla Patullo, book & lyrics by playwright Cory Hinkle. A once-in-a-lifetime storm destroys a Texas community, but through great loss may come a new beginning. A story of grief, climate change, and a community’s resilience, the music of The Hurricane weaves a tapestry of layered voices infused with blues, country, and gospel. Music performed by the Grammy-winning vocal ensemble Tonality and Grammy-winning guitarist Janet Robin.
