We can go months without food, days without water, and only several minutes without breathing but yet we take our breath for granted. Our breath is at the foundation of human life and is deeply connected to our evolution as a species as it directly connects to survival mechanisms.
Breath is the only component of our autonomic nervous system that we can control. If we can learn to consciously breathe we can began to change our state and regulate behavior. With this tool you’ll learn to better regulate you stress response, increase performance, and be able to focus your energy towards things that truly matter to you.
