Pipeline Workout
with F45 Training Pasadena
Pipeline is a fast-paced hybrid workout of cardio and strength. There is virtually zero rest in this session, as you tackle oncoming sets of 9 exercises over and over. Watch your heart rate soar and stay there for the entire 45 minutes.
