She has been teaching since 2020\, offering classes that are sweaty\, grounding\, and flowing—encouraging students to challenge themselves while cultivating deeper self-awareness. After living and teaching in New York City and Austin\, Amber returned home to Los Angeles\, where she currently resides and continues to guide students toward clarity\, strength\, and inner peace.
