During this period of development\, Art Deco architecture was gaining popularity and was the chosen style for several commercial buildings in the District. This walking tour includes some notable landmarks designed in the style\, including the Scottish Rite Temple\, the United Artist Theater\, and the Warner Building plus many other notable buildings of the period that are on the route.
