This year’s theme\, Pasadena on the Big Screen\, highlights iconic films shot in and around our city—featuring local landmarks\, historic homes\, and charming neighborhoods. \nJoin us for free outdoor community movie screenings on select Friday evenings in August at the lawn of Playhouse Village Park\, featuring Legally Blonde and The Wedding Singer\, both with memorable scenes filmed in Pasadena and nearby. Bring a blanket\, enjoy free popcorn\, and experience the magic of movies where they were made—right here in the city we love. \n7PM | Seating on the lawn opens – Arrive early to secure a prime viewing spot with a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy pre-movie activities like FREE popcorn\, photo ops\, and arts & crafts. \n8PM |  Movie will begin after sunset \nPlayhouse Village Park is located at 701 E Union St. \n  \nLegally Blonde – Elle Woods has it all—style\, charm\, and a bright future.
